Bacon Cheese SPAMBURGER® Hamburger
This recipe could win a Nobel prize.
Serves 6 15 minutes Easy
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook meat 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Layer lettuce, tomato, meat, cheese, and bacon on bun bottoms. Cover with bun tops.
Ingredients
o 1 can (12-ounce) SPAM® Classic, cut into 6 slices, 3×1/4 inch
o 3 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
o 6 hamburger buns split
o 6 lettuce leaves
o 2 tomatoes, sliced
o 6 slices (1 ounce each) American cheese
o 12 slices bacon, cooked
