After installing my own dedicated server and running beetles mod on it I had the admin option of placing decals around the map. It was awesome and retarded at the same time. I also didn’t have to download a new map or anything after this was done. I can join other servers with tf2 just fine. I see server with an ad in their spawns all the time an I don’t have to actually download a new map to see it.
The beetles mod came with a decals folder and those decals somehow spray onto the maps I guess sorta like a spray does. Again I’m a noob at configuring servers but this mod did give me a lot of options as a noob ^^.
