I will give everybody the prized chance of talking to me about movie rental stores.
I was wondering if near your homes or if you knew of any locations where movie rental stores are still going strong.
With the release of Netflix, the addition of Blockbuster’s postal addition and so forth, many other movie rental stores just can’t compete. So I’m just very curious to know if you guys have thriving movie rental stores near you
Because so many places are closing too, there are a lot of awesome deals. The other day I found some little place and they were selling unopened or re-packaged (who knows) DVD’s for a pretty good price. $7.00 for three or something like that. And all of their HD DVD’s were no more than $9.00. Not sure how much HD DVD’s are but I thought they were more expensive than the average.
Anyhow, that’s my amazingness for the day.

side note: i had to burn a cee dee today and *edited* did that feel weird. digital media is where its at.
I still love burning cds and dvd’s…make me feel good to have something solid to hold onto instead of always having to plug it into something….with usb drives and otherthings…
Out of my experience if you just want to rent a lot of movies the Blockbuster is your best bet as long as you have one in your town…A lot of my friends do it because they can get movies in the mail and then return them to the store and pick other rentals faster than with netflix where you would have to mail them in every time you want something new….
