I thought that the official answered to the best of his abilities. If you’re going to provide a response to his post you may want to think about presenting it in a more friendly manner. I’m not telling you to but you should think about it. He obviously thought that he was answering the question and put a lot of time into responding.
He had to register a name and had a quite lengthy post. If you have additional questions just address them and next time he takes a peek I’m sure this so called voice will reign with answers
