How is your rotation better than a voting plugin? A voting plugin gives people the dynamic option to make a choice and it will keep maps from being repetitively voted on over and over. A rotation is just that, a rotation.
People come to like some maps and not others. They learn when they are and leave till they’re over. Voting at least gives the majority the option to pick what they want to play.
