SpectatorIt hates you.

Does it disconnect you from AIM or whatever else you have running that requires internet? Or does it just kill off your game?

Spectatorif u play with wirless as i do u will often find skips in game and random drops from servers it just a delay usally not to bad but if u get dropped out of steam altogether that is a total different problem haha i ahd that problem once and i just restarted my comp and worked fine might just need a lil time u are always on haha

That is wrong. The only reason you will get ‘skips’, ‘drops’, or ‘lag’, is because you do not have the correct ports opened up on your wireless router.
A simple fix:
Login to your routers web interface. If you don’t know how you shouldn’t be doing this anyway.
Go to ‘port triggering’. Add in the ports listed on Steam’s website. Steam Ports
Click ‘done’, ‘save settings’, ‘whatever’, when you are done and you should be good to go.
Enjoy.
