Nope, I have DSL in Charlotte, bellsouth or whatever it is and my ping would be like 50 maybe 40 something… Now that I moved up to school..well off campus up there.. my ping is still about the same even tho WCU is like 5 minutes away.. quite *edited* if you ask me.. but whatev.
