It takes just as long to spell the word ‘thanks’ correctly. The word “answer” has the letter ‘n’ in it, although that will be considered a misdemeanor by the Police compared to the atrocities embodied in the misspelling “thanxx.”

If you’re going to go with that structure, you need an “of” between “misspelling” and “thanxx”. Alternatively, you could just remove “the”. I wanted to use the word “thanxx.”
I wanted to use the word of “thanxx.”
I wanted to use word “thanxx.”
‘Misspelling’ is being used as a noun (just as the word ‘word’ is in the sentences above), not a verb, so removing the definite article (‘the’) can not be done. Adding the word “of” is unnecessary. The wording used in my reply was grammatically correct.
By the way, the period in a sentence goes before any closing quotes.

Ask everybody that wears two names in the server if they have a team, then say I’m really good but my computer crashed so I have no proof. Then cheat in a scrim when they give you a tryout once, then delete them and say you’re simply amazing and having an off night if you do poorly the next time lol
