I really think the defining map on Mario Kart 64 is Koopa Troopa Beach, with that *edited* short cut through the cave and out the water fall. Shrinking people as they go up the ramp while popping off gold mushrooms like they god or something, *edited*ing epic. God this really is the best game for pwning people at.
