I have a suggestion about the map rotation, the current one, I will not be talking about removing/adding maps because I realize people have different tastes.
The map cycle of two or three days ago I believe was:

de_aztec
cs_office
cs_militia
cs_inferno
de_survivor
cs_assault_upc
de_vertigo
de_piranesi
cs_italy
scoutzknivez
cs_deagle5
fy_snow
Even if a map or two have been pulled and this is out of date I still have a suggestion that could be considered a good one or one that doesn’t really matter.
Notice how dust2 and aztec are very close together and are two of the ‘popular’ maps. With all of these regular maps and custom maps I thought it would be good if you were to mix them up.

By doing this, there are more popular maps in between maps that are played less, or played equally the same but people hate lol. The only reason I would see this as being a bad idea is for newcomers to the server that would have to download maps after every 2-3 maps, but they’re pretty small downloads anyways. Many of the people that play in the server already have this map because there are so many players that are regulars. Also this would encourage the regulars to play the custom maps more often because of the annoying time gaps in between maps that they may like. Like playing for an hour, then a map they don’t like comes up, leave for 30 minutes and come back for another hour, just doesn’t make sense so they may stay the entire time.
I also don’t know if you meant to split up regular and custom maps to attract new crowds, if that’s the case just leave it 
But yeah, just an early morning suggestion, sorry if I didn’t make sense at times, it’s kinda early .
