for some reason i can not send yoda a PM.
i’v tried taking out the ( ‘ ) but no luck.
i can send everyone else a PM w/o any problems.
I clicked on the PM link under his post and get this error…
just for the sake of commenting, I had the same issue. I even tried substituting the html code equivalent, <ampersand><pound>146<semicolon>
Looks like a bug, but it may not be. IPB may not allow apostrophes in display names, which I conveniently bypassed by injecting (possibly illegal) names directly into the database. Not much I can do there.
if I could be granted the honor, any chance you could forward some kind of copy of the source code that focuses on the user class definitions and basic user stuff? There is the possibility I could find a loophole or update the source in some way

I would suggest what dice said – just change your name. If IPB doesn’t allow apostrophes in display names then it might break other things, too.
