Spectatori hate to say it, but the world is moving on, they’ve stopped patching 1.6, people are able to exploit like skywalk on dust and shoot through concrete walls.
Counter Strike Source has a bigger online community.
Do not get me wrong, 1.6 is a great game and still is. Its just the updated more realistic version of it, is what i prefer. It has the same basic gameplay and some cool mods and some of the older ones, and better graphics and physics engine.
But i will play both, ill go ahead and say ill get owned on 1.6

Sorry to inform but cpl does not play source, they play 1.6 Source failed and continues to fail on online competitions. How can you say that css had a larger online community? CS 1.6 continues to have more online players than CSS will ever have. *edited* weapons mods and gameplay changes continues to bring the game down.
I dont mean to pick an argument, but what you have stated is false

SpectatorA quick look in Steam (the trusty source of accuracy that it is) says there are about 11900 source servers, and over 18000 for 1.6. Doesn’t look bigger to me.

Our LAN parties are growing every year. We now moved into the biggest room on campus for our next event which is Feb. 10th. Every student at Western is welcome to attend our event. We also accept prospective students wonting to come to Western. feel free to hit me up on AIM: grifnasty and we can talk about it some more in detail.

SpectatorCSS is bot filled jibberish. If you ever make a comment like that again you will be slayed. CS 1.6 is the *edited*ter.
