That’s the problem though, the gaming club WILL endorse it without any idea what the laws are. Video and board games are one thing but the instant you start playing with cards, of any type, you’re venturing into a heavily regulated world riddled with legal landmines.
The kicker isn’t what we’re doing, it’s the fact we’re a non-profit organization doing it on state property. The laws we have to abide by are much stricter than those regulating a normal, for-profit business operating on private property.
