That was just the last bad experience. When I worked at NCSU we sent people to the local Apple stores all the time and about 25% came back dissatisfied and still having issues. We sent people to a couple different stores so meh, idk.
Sure there are good and bad techs but I hate going into a store for tech support because you can never tell when they take their helpful hat off and put their salesman hat on. I’ve worked retail tech support before, it’s not fun or pretty.
